At The Oz Soundz Group, our leadership team isn't just made up of business owners—we are lifelong musicians, performers, and industry professionals. Based in Sydney, NSW, our family-run team brings over 40 years of collective experience in audio production, live performance, and music education.

Jason "Plummo" Plumridge | Founder & Director

With a foundational education from the Newcastle Conservatorium of Music, Jason (known in the industry as "Plummo") has spent decades at the "grassroots" level of the Australian music scene. His vision for The Oz Soundz Group is built on the belief that every artist deserves access to professional-grade audio equipment and studio services without the prohibitive price tag.

Our Creative & Technical Experts

The Oz Soundz Group is powered by a multi-talented family of specialists who understand the needs of modern musicians:

• The Performance Specialist: Our lead keyboardist is a fixture in the Sydney music scene. Having launched a successful EP in 2024 and performed with various high-profile artists, he provides real-world insights into live performance gear and artist development.

• Vocal & Artistic Direction: With an accomplished singer on the team, we offer a deep understanding of vocal health, recording techniques, and the nuances of the independent music industry.

• The Rhythm Section: Our in-house percussion and brass experts (Trombone/Drums) ensure that our music equipment store and recording studios cater to the diverse needs of orchestral and contemporary musicians alike.
