Business Structure

The Oz Soundz Group comprises Oz Soundz Music and Audio, Oz Soundz Studios and Oz Soundz Records a group of businesses created to supporting the local performance and creative arts industries.

Oz Soundz Retail is a 100% Online Music and Audio Equipment retailer providing a range of music and audio accessories to its customers at prices that are affordable to independent and emerging artists.

Oz Soundz Studios is a future project to develop a full service audio recording, mixing and mastering facility with the option to engage our Oz Soundz professional audio engineers and music production staff or simply utilise the facilities with your own engineers. 

Note: Rules will apply for the protection of the equipment and qualifications will need to be validated prior to use of the equipment.  

Oz Soundz Records is a future project to be a full service record label with end to end marketing, event management, booking agent and artist management business to support independent and emerging artists on a fee for service basis. 

Note: We don't want to have you locked into length and expensive contracts as independent musicians only able to make income after payment of extensive contractual obligations fees. This will be a partnership relationship and supported by contracts and will not be the traditional fully funded model of the major record labels. We intend support small to medium artist not those with global reach. 

Sponsorship & Support Program

The Oz Soundz Group has established an artist and performance engineer (audio / video) sponsorship program under its retail arm that utilises a percentage of net profits to fund a sponsorship model. This is a model where we seek to give back to the "Oz Soundz Community" and support their emerging careers.
